When I first started working with Jake, I was hesitant and skeptical due to a previous negative experience with a personal trainer from a different location. However, Jake proved me wrong, and I can confidently say that he is fantastic at his job. Despite the extra commute and time, working with Jake is undoubtedly the right decision. He strikes the perfect balance between being patient and pushing you to reach your full potential. With Jake, there's never a question of whether or not you'll achieve your goals. He takes his time to ensure that you're doing your best, even going as far as to check in on your diet on days off and holding you accountable. He's also incredibly accommodating, and he'll come in earlier or later to ensure that you don't miss a session due to a busy schedule. Jake deserves all the appreciation for his hard work and dedication.
