• Personalized One-on-One Training
For $45 per session, receive an exclusive 100% Custom Meal Plan to achieve long-lasting results with no hidden fees. Plus, enjoy a complimentary gym membership. Our most successful clients train 2-3 times a week.

• Small Group Training
Unlimited small group training with 1-5 people per session for $250. Schedule as you go, with drop-in sessions available. We offer group sessions from Monday to Friday at 5AM, 6AM, 10AM, 6PM, and 7PM, as well as Saturdays from 9AM-10AM for an additional $10 per session.

• Location: Kinetix Fitness Center (Missouri City Only)
Please note that I do not travel.

With a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Kinesiology, as well as ACSM Exercise Physiologist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Action Sports Nutrition certifications, and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I am well-equipped to help you achieve your goals.

My focus is on your well-being, and I will work tirelessly to ensure your happiness, health, and success. I am passionate about helping you achieve not only physical goals, but also mental and emotional ones. Trust my expertise and knowledge to help you succeed.
