Over the past 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, military personnel, models and actors, individuals struggling with obesity, elderly clients, children, and people rehabilitating from injuries.
I hold certifications in personal training, yoga, and corrective exercise, allowing me to provide a well-rounded approach to training. Above all, I am passionate about empowering people to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition, and I would be honored to help you achieve your goals.

Once I met Bentley, however, I was immediately introduced to his amiability and welcoming nature, which made me feel right at home. I have had the pleasure of working with Bentley, who is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and motivating trainer I've encountered. His kind and attentive nature ensures that he listens and modifies the workouts to accommodate any injury or ailment. I appreciate how he helped me with rehab, strengthening my shoulder and assisting with mobility after a swimming injury. Moreover, when I couldn't find childcare, he would entertain my 2-year-old while we trained. He delivers an amazing workout tailored to my needs, and helped me gain confidence in the gym.
