I made two requests: firstly, a trainer who could accommodate my specific needs and abilities, and secondly, a body like a brick house. From day one, Reggie fulfilled the former request, and with his training methods, I am confident the latter is also within reach. Reggie is extremely professional, prioritizing safety and health above all else. I appreciate his ability to recognize when I need a push and when I may not be as strong as I think I am. He is an attentive listener, even picking up on unspoken nuances to better understand what is necessary for each session and the overall journey. I am grateful to have a trainer I can trust completely - I follow his instructions effortlessly (although the exercises themselves can be challenging, which is perfect!).
