Regrettably, not all individuals who contact me through CrackerJack can receive assistance as I am currently located in Boca Raton, Florida. I feel it is essential to mention this since it appears that CrackerJack does not share my whereabouts with its clients during their search for professional help. Hopefully, you have come across this message.

If you need a laptop screen replacement, please bring it to me at my location in Boca Raton. However, if you live too far away and it is possible for me to assist you remotely, then that is acceptable. Otherwise, you may have to send me your computer for repairs.

When fixing my customer's computers, I handle them with the same care and attention as though they were my own. Always taking your data into consideration (such as documents, pictures, music, etc.) and ensuring it is safe is of utmost importance.

I've spent over twenty years working in the field of IT, gaining valuable experience in various areas including:

• Installing and Administrating Windows Servers/Networks, including Windows NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, and LINUX servers;
• Exchange and SQL servers;
• LAN, WLAN, PAN, MAN, WAN, and VPN;
• Installing and configuring any hardware or peripheral on both PC and MAC (e.g. keyboard, mouse, printers, scanners, webcams, IP cameras, video capture boards/devices);
• Installing, configuring, and repairing all versions of MS Windows or MAC OSX;
• Enhancing PC performance;
• Diagnosing and replacing damaged components (video cards, memories, HDDs, SSDs, sound cards, system boards, PSUs, CPUs) for both PCs and MACs desktops and most laptops;
• Cloning HDDs for PC and MAC computers;
• Removing viruses, malware, and adware;
• Creating backup schedules;
• Installing and working with Virtual Machines (VM);
• Providing remote access/support;
• Recovering data (dependent on the type of hardware damage).
