Willy's plumbing work was exceptional and reasonably priced. He handled the changes required to accommodate a new shower trim, a project that presented some difficulties. However, Willy exhibited patience and thoroughness while suggesting a beneficial alternative. Moreover, he installed an access panel and replaced the faucet. I will certainly contact him in the future for additional plumbing support. Thank you 👍

uctured format: Last night, I submitted a request for a faucet project. Today, Blue Sky Plumbing promptly responded and resolved the issue. I am grateful for their exceptional craftsmanship.

With the help of his assistant Jim, Wily Figueiredo from Blue Sky Plumbing swiftly resolved problems with three of our house's sinks for a fair price. His services included: 1. Replacing a leaky cartridge in our Pfister kitchen sink faucet. Despite my repeated attempts, I was unable to remove the tightly-stuck plastic retaining nut/collar, but Wily successfully installed the new cartridge and brass retaining nut. The top control arm required the use of a screw, where he tapped threads and replaced the original screw head that was stripped. 2. Correcting the disordered and unsteady water flow from a bathroom sink by replacing the aerator. Now, the flow is consistent and straight. 3. Inspecting another bathroom sink for leaks and noticing a slow drip of water caused by debris in the aerator. After cleaning it, the leak stopped. He also taught us how to remove valve stems in the future. However, he reminded us that the rigid supply lines under the vanities may have become brittle with age, making it necessary to shut off the house water at the meter instead of using the shutoff valves at the sink. 4. Voluntarily removing moldy caulk from around the bathroom sink and replacing it with GE silicone caulk, which has a 10-year warranty against mold. Wily skillfully completed the removal and caulking process. He also arrived on time and made an effort to inform us via a message that he could come earlier if possible. This offer came after he completed a prior job sooner than expected.

Wily consistently exhibits excellent responsiveness and produces work of superior quality. He recently completed the installation of a kitchen faucet and the repair of a toilet leak, both with exceptional results. I strongly endorse him!
