I had to replace the flashings on my chimneys, which Loui's team accomplished at a reasonable price. Additionally, they cleaned a segment of the roof as part of the job. The only setback was that it took a day longer than anticipated. Nevertheless, I believe Loui is an honest man who values his work.

On a Monday, I reached out to Blue Rhino Roofing. The following day, Luis, also known as "Louie," arrived to assess the situation. He carefully climbed up to the ridge vents to evaluate them and took his time to determine the necessary repairs. We agreed that the job would be done on Thursday morning, weather permitting. Luis and his team arrived at 8:30 AM on Thursday and completed the work by 1 PM. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the level of communication from Luis. He was quick to respond to my texts and even proactively informed me of a delay to our first meeting. Additionally, he followed up on the crew's work and addressed any remaining questions I had.
