Within minutes of receiving our request, Thiago promptly responded and arrived ahead of time to address our pool controls issue. He went above and beyond, noticing that our pool chemicals were not being properly maintained, and we have since enlisted his services on a weekly basis. His expertise, patience, and attentiveness to both the customer and the details are truly commendable, and we are extremely satisfied with his work!

Thiago was an exceptional colleague. He surpassed my expectations and guided me through the fundamental aspects of pool maintenance since this was our initial experience owning one. Revised: Despite Thiago's outstanding work ethic, persistent problems with my pool led me to terminate their service after approximately two months.

Despite our narrow time frame for repairing our pool tiles, Blue Resort successfully accommodated our schedule by draining, re-tiling, refilling and treating the pool. They maintained excellent communication and were exceptionally cooperative to work with.
