Hello, my name is Clisver, and I am a mental health coach and writer working for Blue Greis Lifestyle. Over the past three years, I have been privileged to work with incredible individuals, and I would like to share with you the reasons behind my passion for this work.

My own mental health struggles led me to believe in the power of coaching, and I began my journey to help others. Through one-on-one sessions, my online course, and my written content, I have assisted people in rediscovering their inner strength, vitality, and goal-setting abilities. I feel fortunate to have connected with some amazing people along the way, and my work has been featured in numerous publications, including Good Housekeeping, Web MD, Meerkat Motivator, and Gladversity.

Before embarking on this journey, I faced several challenges that seemed to cripple every aspect of my life. Financial issues, emotional relationship problems, and health concerns were just some of the battles I fought. I even found myself hospitalized for almost a month due to my bipolar disorder complications. The situation worsened as my family's financial status began to plummet, putting additional strain on my relationship. It was then that I realized something had to be done. I took a leap of faith and decided to move my family out of state, searching for better prospects for a happier life. I knew I had to make a change and embrace the opportunity before me.

Looking back, it was the best decision I ever made. I learned that change must start with oneself. You must have a strong desire and necessity to make things happen. I am a firm believer in the phrase "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take." Even if you fail, it's okay; you must learn and keep trying. With that said, if you're struggling, remember that taking action today can make all the difference tomorrow.
