Chef Jay and his team displayed excellent organizational skills, effectively meeting a challenging timeline without losing their composure or focus. Several guests inquired about Chef Jay's contact information, and I sincerely hope he receives more business as a result. The presentation of the food was novel and entertaining. Chef Jay seamlessly integrated Italian, modern American and Asian fusion cuisine in his dishes. One of my guests claimed it was the most delectable meal she had ever eaten. The staff provided impeccable service, and I am more than willing to engage Blue Bear Catering services again.
