Blooming Blinds' service was excellent; Scott was both professional and friendly. When I needed to have my blinds repaired, I wanted to avoid the expense of purchasing new ones. However, most blind companies I checked with only offered to replace them and none would fix them. Fortunately, Scott was able to solve my problem. He identified that two of my blinds were off and the chain was no longer functional for opening them. He expertly repaired both issues at a reasonable cost.
