Block Renovation

Thanks to Block, I successfully navigated the complicated renovation process in New York City, especially during the design and permitting stages - areas where I was clueless. They brought my vision for my kitchen and bathroom to life brilliantly!

Finding a contractor to help us with the demo and renovation of our bathroom was a challenging task for my wife and me. With our first child on the way, we knew that we had to redo the bathroom for safety and aesthetic purposes as we live in a single-family home. Despite reaching out to over a dozen independent contractors in the MetroWest Area where we reside in Massachusetts, only BLOCK responded to our inquiries promptly. When choosing a contractor, we had two main concerns: cost and timeline. The project had to be completed within our budget and before our baby's due date. BLOCK exceeded our expectations in both areas. They completed the demo, construction, and inspection within 6-8 weeks, even finishing before the deadline. The contractor assigned to us was amazing. They were always available to answer our questions and communicate effectively. BLOCK delivered on their promise of vetting the most professional contractors, and we were grateful to have worked with them. Block was responsible for the renovation of my bathroom from 1963. The design process was effortless and smooth. All the materials were delivered promptly, so no waiting was required. The assigned contractor, Dan, was fantastic. He took care of everything, from inspections to organizing all the work that needed to be done. Dan had excellent communication skills and kept me informed every step of the way. In my experience, this was the best renovation I have ever had.
