During our discussion, we talked about the installation of a TV and whiteboard. I informed them that the whiteboard was not yet received and requested that both installations be performed simultaneously. I did not want someone to only complete a portion of the job and then disappear. The owner assured me that he frequently worked in my area and offered to install the TV immediately, while returning for the whiteboard installation at a later time. Unfortunately, the owner has been unresponsive and failed to complete the agreed-upon installation. I must accept responsibility for relying on his word. If multiple jobs need to be performed, I would not recommend allowing them to complete the more significant job first. That being said, they did install my TV satisfactorily, and for that, I am grateful. However, because trustworthiness is important to me, I will not hire them again for my other TV installations.

In regards to the installation of a new TV mount in my home, I had the delightful opportunity to work alongside them. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The crew showed up promptly and maintained a professional and amiable demeanor throughout the undertaking.
