Black Hawk arrived earlier than expected, and to my surprise, they upgraded my sedan to an SUV for the same price. Despite my mistake of providing the wrong house number in my initial request, Jorge exceeded my expectations by confirming the correct address and getting us to our destination on time. Black Hawk Sedans provided me with an exceptional experience. To take my group of friends around the DC area for 5 hours, I decided to rent a sprinter from them. I was delighted with their prompt response to my request, and they even accommodated my schedule on the same day. They were very flexible and allowed us to make changes to our itinerary the day before. The driver that was assigned to me was exceptional.
