In 2017 and 2018, I encountered problems with the IRS regarding my 1040. As I do each year, I utilized the services of a CPA to file my taxes. Unfortunately, a typo error was made, and despite Attorney Josh's recommendation to accept the mistake and pay the necessary penalty (which I did), I still experienced additional issues stemming from errors made by the Social Security Administration. Although Covid restrictions affected the functioning of the IRS, Attorney Josh provided excellent guidance and made necessary phone calls, ultimately settling the issue. His knowledge of bankruptcy is extensive, making him an invaluable resource should any issues arise. I wish him all the best.
