Hi there, I'm Siva and currently 22 years old. My fitness journey began in July 2015 when I weighed 144 lbs and couldn't do a single pull-up due to my lack of upper body strength. My goal was to be able to do at least 15 and so I searched for personal trainers at my local fitness center, Sachs Recreation Center. This is where I discovered Sam Z and began my journey with Biokinetic Health and Wellness Consulting.
Thanks to Sam's guidance and support, I have transformed from a clueless high-school graduate to a driven, motivated and passionate college graduate. I currently work as an electrical engineer in a Fortune 50 firm and have achieved my original goal of being able to do 15 pull-ups.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Sam who has helped me overcome physical injuries, mental fatigue and loss of motivation. His iron discipline has brought about significant results.

Sam, the trainer we worked with for the past few months, was truly amazing. He customized our workout routines by taking into account our individual weaknesses and strengths. Moreover, he gave us insightful feedback and also showed us specific massage and stretching exercises in the areas where we experienced muscle pain. Thanks to his guidance, my wife and I feel significantly stronger and healthier overall. Although we will miss training with him, we are grateful for all that we have learned and will be able to carry it with us to our new home.

I am Anastasia Goncharova, a 21-year-old D1 tennis player in college. Three months ago, I began training with Sam at Full Circle Fitness in Glencoe, IL (55 Green Bay Rd, 60022), which consisted of regular two sessions per week. Shortly after beginning training, I felt a significant change in my body.
After undergoing severe knee surgery a year prior, I lost physical confidence while playing. I realized my left side was working harder to compensate for my right knee. As a result, our focus was on mobilizing my body and balancing strength between both sides, as well as implementing specific exercises that would help me acquire confidence in my knee movements while on the court.
Throughout my training, I also obtained knowledge on nutrition, recovery, and the impact of each body part on the other. Since I started working with Sam, I have never felt this physically strong and confident. My leg strength has increased, and I feel more balanced throughout my body, along with noticeable improvements to my posture. I am now fully prepared to compete at college level with confidence in my physical ability.
I look forward to working with Sam again once I return to town. This experience with him has been a great one!
