Amazing! The piano has been revitalized! Upon evaluating it, Bill concluded that it had not been tuned in a span of 20 to 30 years. He devoted more than 60 minutes to meticulously tuning each string twice to achieve impeccable tone and appropriate harmonies. I am thrilled about employing him to tune this piano in the future!

We contacted Bill to tune our 1980's Yamaha upright piano, which had been neglected by the previous owners. He responded promptly to our initial inquiry and was very accommodating to our schedule. Bill arrived ahead of schedule for our appointment and had no trouble locating our house, which is concealed from the street.
After conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the piano, Bill determined that it was in satisfactory condition internally. He successfully and quickly restored its sound quality and resolved a minor mechanical problem with one of the hammers.
We plan on hiring him again to maintain the piano's tuning during seasonal weather changes!
