Bill is a reliable individual. Initially, he provided me with a quote for my leaking bathtub. However, I found the quote to be excessive, so I requested him to revisit and provide a more accurate estimate. The following day, Bill arrived and informed me that there were additional issues, such as the marble floors having uneven coloring, and he included the cost for an acid wash in the quote. I clarified that I only wanted the leaky bathtub repaired, not the floor. Bill kindly gave me a fair estimate for the bathtub repair. Our issue was mainly a missing piece, and Bill and I worked together to find a solution. We bounced several ideas off each other, and he was willing to try multiple things. Ultimately, we turned the bathtub over and removed the hose, and luckily, the missing piece was still there. We were able to fix everything, thanks to Bill's exceptional work. I ended up paying him more than his initial quote, but it seemed fair to me. Working with Bill felt like a project with a friend rather than a contractor. He is a laid-back guy, and I would highly recommend him for any future job.

In a confined work area, Bill arrived punctually and executed his job commendably. Unlike some of the other quotes I obtained, he was highly cost-efficient and did not levy any "minimum" fee merely for arriving. He operates on a fixed rate, and he finished his tasks in a quick 30 minutes.
