For the past two years, Mr. Ryan has been my personal trainer. When we first met, I was severely overweight and even a 15-minute walk on a treadmill was a challenge for me. However, with Mr. Ryan's unwavering dedication, I have been able to achieve my desired health and fitness goals.
Upon analyzing my strengths and weaknesses, Mr. Ryan tailored a program specifically for me. In addition, he diligently went through my food diary and provided me with valuable nutrition recommendations.
Thanks to Mr. Ryan's guidance, I have lost over 100 pounds and even managed to complete a 5k and a Spartan Race within a year, despite never having participated in sports before. Despite my initial doubts, Mr. Ryan's encouragement and training made it all possible. He continues to motivate me to push past my limits and I have even signed up for another 5k and obstacle race because of his relentless support.

My prayers were answered when I met Bill Ryan. I had been stuck in a rut, unhappy with my appearance, and lacking energy to exercise. Though I tried walking, exercise programs on TV, and even Pilates, I always found an excuse to avoid fitness. But my daughter's upcoming wedding served as a wake-up call to change my ways. My nephew's success at Snap Fitness convinced me to call and explore options. When I spoke with Bill Ryan, he was friendly, patient, and understanding about my lack of commitment to exercise. He assured me that proper exercise could boost my metabolism, energy, and confidence. During our appointment the next day, he showed me around and developed a plan for me. For around 15 months, I had Bill Ryan as my personal trainer. He created a specialized program to enhance my durability, flexibility, and endurance for an upcoming cycling holiday. Initially, I had suffered rotator cuff damage from a previous trainer, but Bill helped me recover by developing the surrounding muscles. He began with the basics and progressed me through strength training and exercise.
Bill took note of my movements, pinpointing any errors and correcting them with ease. It was evident that his knowledge and understanding of the body's mechanics were extensive, and he knew how to reinforce and protect our bodies. I turned 60 while he trained me, and I can highly recommend Bill as a personal trainer for any age group without any hesitation.
