Our designs are all unique, made by hand, and customized to suit each client's unique facial structure. We take both customer service and hygiene very seriously. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that every client leaves with a smile on their face.

We received a prompt reply and excellent pre-event follow-up. The face-painter arrived ahead of schedule, promptly set up, and exhibited remarkable politeness. Additionally, she did a remarkable job with the children's faces! We would gladly engage the services of Big Smiles in the future.

The painting quality was truly fantastic! Unlike my childhood memories of scratchy, flakey, and messy paint, this paint was remarkably smooth and adhered very well, which is especially impressive considering it was used on a group of active toddlers. Janine was a hit with the children, exhibiting immense patience and kindness towards each of them. There were a couple of kids who wanted to have their face painted last minute, and Janine generously stayed longer than expected to satisfy everyone's wishes. She even added balloons in between painting sessions! Choosing Janine was a wise decision for my daughter's third birthday, and I am very grateful.
