The service was extremely disappointing as the job had to be redone three times. The wrong material was purchased for the fascia, which was then disputed as a higher cost than the appropriate materials. Refusal to cooperate or provide a refund showed that accountability was not a priority. The gutters were hung improperly, and without end caps on the fascia, causing water to infiltrate the house. It was clear from images provided that sheet metal was used as fascia, bent by hand, and hammered recklessly resulting in a shoddy appearance. Despite raising concerns during installation, objections were dismissed. The workers also left a mess behind.

Promptly responding to our request, Big Dogs Lawn Service quickly answered all questions. On the scheduled time and date, two strong men arrived 15 minutes early and immediately began working. They were equipped with a truck and trailer, using proper equipment to securely tie and protect the furniture from damage during transport. Within 20 minutes, they had efficiently loaded the four large wooden pieces. Without any damage to the furniture or walls, they quickly unloaded and placed the furniture in the designated spots. I highly recommend their services and would use them again if needed.

The flooding had caused significant damage to my lawn, but Big Dogs Lawn Care saved the day! They restored my flower beds, tidied up debris, and removed fallen trees. Additionally, they expertly cleaned my sidewalks and manicured every edge of my property. Not only was their service friendly and comfortable, but their punctuation was also spot on. They promised to arrive by 2, but they were actually 15 minutes early at 1:45. The workers were stupendous and the end result was fantastic so I give them an all-around thumbs up.
