I had a wonderful experience with Big Bear Flooring as they skillfully installed LVP in my kitchen and carpet in one of my bedrooms. Ashley, Mario, and the installer, Alex, were patient and informative, comprehensively addressing my queries. Their quality of work is remarkable, and I highly recommend them. In an update from 3/1/2022, I am a little saddened that the installer failed to inform me of removing a portion of the drywall while setting up the baseboards. Unfortunately, I discovered the issue myself one month later. Considering the hefty price tag of $2,600 for the new flooring, I had anticipated more attention to detail.
