Beyond Swimming is unparalleled in its swimming expertise and excels in all things swimming. I have worked with two different CrackerJack swim coaches and several others elsewhere, but Mariona stands out as the coach who took me from a beginner to an intermediate level swimmer in record time. Prior to my lessons, I struggled with deep end discomfort and improper water treading techniques, and my swim strokes suffered from poor positioning and sinking legs. However, Mariona expertly addressed all of these issues and more. As a result, swimming has become my go-to cardio exercise and I now have complete control when treading water in the deep end. By overcoming these initial hurdles, I was able to increase my workout capacity from struggling with a mere 200 meters to easily completing up to 1500 meters in one session! It's crazy!
