For my son's preschool event with a Pajamas & Pancakes theme, Gabriela provided catering services. Everybody, parents and children alike, enjoyed the freshly made breakfast wraps and pancakes. Gabriela even took care to cater to those with allergies by preparing gluten- and egg-free pancakes. The addition of whipped butter, homemade jam, and various toppings was a nice touch. The presentation was impeccable, and Gabriela made sure to replenish the platters regularly to ensure that everyone, especially the kids, had access to food. I would highly recommend Gabriela's services and would not hesitate to hire her again.
