In regards to mental health, there should be an additional approach. While therapy is useful, some individuals may require an intermediary step - this is my objective. I wish to provide people with the opportunity to learn more about efficient thought processes that lead to improved performance. Simply, think better, perform better.
Over time, I have expanded my expertise with a Master's in Organizational Behavior, post-graduate studies in Group Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, Positive and Performance Psychology. Additionally, I am a Certified Marriage Educator from the National Marriage Center. As of 2018, I have become a Behavior Analyst (Clemson University) and have recently concluded a program in Cognitive Behavior Therapy with the Beck Institute.
What's most significant when assisting others in relationships and marriages is that my partner and I have been happily married for over 25 years. I can truly affirm that we never argue - yes, it's achievable. We have established "The Rules," which has aided and will continue to aid countless relationships.
