There was a miscommunication with Charles regarding the necessary repairs and the end result. While Charles had initially outlined the issues with the computer, we mistakenly believed that it would be completely fixed. Nevertheless, Charles successfully retrieved our data and managed to get the computer to start up, though it did not function as expected (which was not his fault). Charles offered a full refund, but we chose to pay him for the satisfactory work that he did. We definitely recommend him for any future computer needs, as he conducts himself with integrity.
