Their service is truly amazing! Despite needing a grooming appointment on short notice, they were able to accommodate me and words cannot express how grateful I am for their efforts. The guy who performed the service had such a positive energy and was incredibly welcoming. My furry friend typically fusses when getting her nails done but even that was handled flawlessly. I have finally discovered an excellent groomer! Being a pet parent of two, a massive golden retriever and a tiny Chihuahua, both of them seemed scruffy before the session, but after the servicing, they ended up smelling great and looking neat. Betos Pet Grooming demonstrated exceptional responsiveness as I was able to secure a same-day appointment. Punctual and professional, Jesus was a gracious presence throughout our interaction. He exhibited a keen interest in my preferences for my pet's haircut, even going so far as to request reference photos from me. Jesus was gentle and attentive while grooming my pet with care, resulting in a flawless cut and a delightful fragrance.
