Having worked as a massage therapist since 1988 and as the Massage Director of the Spa Tech Institute for a decade, I have gained experience in a variety of techniques to alleviate different types of pain. Experience ultimate tranquility and relaxation in this session where I will massage your head, neck, and shoulders before slowly adding eight essential oils to your back and feet. Absolutely delicious!

ENERGY THERAPY -
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or stressed? Allow me to help by dedicating a one and a half hour session to open and balance your life force energy through Reiki and Polarity Therapy. Combining energy work with massage allows me to connect with you on both the energetic/spiritual and physical levels, resulting in faster healing.

REIKI CLASSES -
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation and stress reduction to promote healing. It works on the principle of an unseen "life force energy" flowing through us, responsible for keeping us healthy and alive. Through my "attunement", you will be able to learn Reiki effectively and efficiently, enabling you to help others and improve your own life. It is a natural and safe spiritual method that has been successful in treating numerous illnesses and can be practiced in conjunction with other medical treatments or therapies. As a Reiki Master of Masters, I will take you through all the levels of attunement, from Reiki 1 to Master of Masters, empowering you to attune and initiate others at these levels too.
