Farley is the most exceptional CPR instructor we've ever met. Despite being willing to travel to a private residence packed with 20 new parents, he remained focused and imparted life-saving knowledge with great clarity. He provided practical exercises for both adults and infants, responding to all our queries while keeping us on task. Even though our group could be somewhat disorganized, his expert knowledge and professional approach enabled us to learn the necessary skills in an orderly manner. Farley came equipped with animated dummies and checklists, and his passion for educating others was impressive. It was an evening of great importance, and he truly embodies the spirit of his work. I highly recommend him for all first aid training needs.

My spouse had to renew their certifications in CPR, First Aid, and BLS. The instructor's expertise and willingness to answer questions left a great impression on him. We were happy to find training available on the Eastside since classes tend to be focused on Seattle, where finding parking can be a headache. We had a wonderful experience with NwBestCPR and plan to return!

I must say, this is the finest CPR class I have attended, with no disrespect intended towards my father who is also an instructor. The class provided comprehensive knowledge and the instructing was amusing, resulting in a rapid passage of class time. Additionally, the instructor tactfully shuffled students among themselves to foster camaraderie and convenience in assisting an unfamiliar individual, an essential skill in actual CPR situations. Honestly, this was the most amazing CPR/BLS certification/re-certification experience I've ever had. Our instructor, Farley, was exceptional! He transported me mentally into vivid scenarios and helped me empathize with the panic, hesitancy, and tunnel vision that often accompany life or death situations where someone is not breathing. I was so immersed in the training that I felt compelled to master it urgently. Farley delivered clear, explicit, and incredibly valuable training that left me feeling more confident than ever before about administering CPR to someone not breathing. He provided a perspective on survival rates and shared his experiences with King County's Fire and Rescue Department. He discussed the obstacles that prevent people from helping in such situations as well as the details about what happens to the body when someone is not breathing. The training was as real as possible, creating in me a sense of urgency that is priceless. I am now motivated to locate AEDs near me and wherever I travel, be aware of my surroundings and my exact location at all times, have a better quality first aid kit, and even purchase my own AED someday. Moreover, I want to educate all my friends and family members about the critical importance of this training. I found the small class size, partner switching, and ample compression practice and conditioning to be very helpful. I was delighted when we received a bonus around with the AED instructions in Spanish. Farley's creativity in preparing us was commendable. Even after the class, Farley sent us a follow-up email that contained review sheets and helpful reminders about recommended action items. I would take Farley's class again and again, and I highly recommend him and this course to anyone!
