The two crew members successfully completed the service and noted that only one of the four corners was clogged, resulting in less than one bag of leaves removed. Although the appointment was scheduled for 9 am, they arrived after 11 am. However, they did call beforehand to notify of the delay, which improved their communication. The initial price estimate was $75, but the service ended up costing $150. It was my responsibility to speak up and allow them to contact the company owner to address the discrepancy. In hindsight, it was a misunderstanding between the estimate and final price. In general, I found their service to be of good quality.
