Today, Bob completed our tile roof and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Although his bid was slightly higher than two other bids I received, it was evident that the other competitors lacked experience in roofing. Bob's specialty lies in roof cleaning and he has innovated a PDP system that blends mild bleach and surfactants. This mixture effectively eliminates mold and mildew growth on tiles and takes only three hours to treat a roof measuring 6000 square feet.
