My washing machine had a leak but was still operable, and while browsing my local Nextdoor app, I came across Barny's, a company with several rave reviews. Using the CrackerJack platform, I submitted a repair request and received a prompt response. Even though they could have come the same day, we weren't available until the following day, which didn't pose a problem. Upon arrival, the repair technicians kindly and courteously explained the issue, the repairs needed, and the costs involved. Within 24 hours, they had my machine back up and running, and they were exceptionally respectful of our time. I plan to contact them immediately if I need more appliance repairs and highly recommend their services without reservation.

The Bernys Appliance team proved to be exceptional in their service. They promptly attended to our request, procured the required parts with speed and efficiency, and carried out an excellent repair job for our refrigerator. The best part was that they explained the process to us. As a bonus, they even went ahead and cleaned the entire underside of the fridge!

This month, I had my first experience with Berny's Appliances. Bernardo meticulously diagnosed the problem with my dryer and provided me with the total cost the next day. He offered to deduct the $60 house call fee if I opted for dryer repair and gave me a warranty of six months. After ordering the part, he arrived in about a week and efficiently repaired my dryer. I am pleased to say that my dryer is working perfectly and impressed with Bernardo's service. I will definitely use Berny's Appliances again.
