Joe from Tip Top did an excellent job. Initially, I mistakenly identified the source of the leaking toilet. But Joe rectified the error by repairing the one I had suspected and also ensuring that the actual leak was fixed. Moreover, upon inspection, he discovered that the real cause of the slow water leak was a toilet located in another room. If Joe had just followed my initial request, I would have had to call for another repair. Therefore, I truly appreciate Joe's professionalism. Thank you, Joe!
