Upon their arrival, Ronnie and Nathan (I hope my memory serves me correctly) were both exceptionally kind. My Nest thermostat was malfunctioning, but they promptly inspected it before examining the furnace. They discovered a couple of minor issues, which they explained to me in detail and resolved effectively. Ronnie provided an explanation of how the Nest thermostat should function and even illustrated that power was present at each point despite the Nest indicating otherwise. We decided it would be best to replace the Nest with a conventional thermostat, and Ronnie thoroughly briefed me on how it functions, taking me through each step. As a recent purchaser of this condo, I lacked an adequate understanding of both heat pumps and electric furnaces, but Ronnie patiently answered all of my inquiries, leaving me perfectly informed. As a newcomer to southwestern Ohio, I wasn't sure who to call for assistance, but luckily I came across Bennett Home Specialist, and I will unquestionably request their services for any future maintenance requirements.
