Although very friendly, the materials used for the fence were surprisingly cheap considering the high price tag of $1,800. Additionally, the gate posts were loosely installed and the gate itself was unable to latch properly, creating gaps that allow for dogs to freely walk through. We are hopeful that the company will rectify these issues by (1) securing the posts in cement as previously promised, (2) addressing the gaps in the fence to prevent dog access, and (3) fixing the gate's latching mechanism. Furthermore, the chain link did not reach all the way to the ground, necessitating the installation of a barrier to prevent dogs from going under. Despite engaging with the company via text, we have only received unhelpful responses such as requesting pictures of the issues. This lack of engagement is particularly frustrating given that the head of the company is also a pastor, leading us to believe that they are a responsible and reliable business. We hope that the workmanship improves and that they honor the commitment to fix the problems promptly, as the fence serves little purpose in its current state.
