Our pricing is based mostly on volume, with prices listed on our chart. Keep in mind that additional costs may apply for difficult jobs such as those with multiple story buildings, stairs, elevators, etc. Our pricing chart is as follows:
- $140 for ¼ of a trailer load (equivalent to 1 pickup truck load)
- $250 for ½ of a trailer load (equivalent to 2 pickup truck loads)
- $350 for ¾ of a trailer load (equivalent to 3 pickup truck loads)
- $500 for a full trailer load (equivalent to 4 pickup truck loads)
For specific demolition tasks, our pricing varies. For deck removal, we charge $1.50 per square foot and require a minimum fee of $400. We can also dig out 4x4 concrete posts for an additional fee, or cut them at the base for no extra cost. Shed removal starts at $450, but smaller or metal sheds may be less expensive. For wooden playset removal, we offer services for $300. Lastly, for typical above-ground hot tubs, we charge $350 and require that they be disconnected from electric prior to removal.
