Greetings! My name is Benjamin Sar Sr. For 16 years, I have been working as an office equipment service technician, with two major copier and printer sales and service companies. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I was laid off. However, in February 2020, I decided to pursue self-employment. With my years of experience in the industry, I guarantee all prospective customers that I will provide 100% efficiency for their homes and offices. I understand the fear of welcoming strangers into your home, but as a trustworthy family man and father of two teenagers, I promise to inspect, advise, and offer suggestions before beginning any services on your equipment. I do not charge for travel, and offer discounts for multiple equipment services. Additionally, I adhere to all Covid-19 protocols.

Benjamin is a consummate professional and a true gentleman. His work is of the highest quality; not only did he fix my printer, but he also took great care to tidy up after himself. Benjamin's responsiveness was astounding. He quickly responded to my quote request and even traveled to my home in the evening on the same day. I am extremely grateful to Benjamin for saving me the trouble of having to purchase a new printer; in fact, I would have been willing to pay him twice his quoted price.

I employed his services to eliminate a document feeder obstruction, which he accomplished skillfully.
