When our propane contractor unintentionally damaged our water main and sprinkler pipes while installing a new tank, we reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for assistance. Despite reaching out to two other service providers in closer vicinity, we faced delays due to their inability to respond promptly. However, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations by repairing both the water main and sprinkler pipes with exceptional expertise. Although the cost of repairs was steep, their timely response was crucial as we had already moved into the house.

While repairing my foundation, a pipe within the wall unexpectedly burst. Alie Joseph was the technician assigned to my case that day. As soon as I saw the damage, I contacted him and he arrived at my property in less than an hour's time. He made his way to my son's room and cut through the wall with precision, quickly identifying the issue and fixing it promptly. Despite my frustration, he remained pleasant and kind throughout the entire process. Alie even offered suggestions for restoration services due to my son's flooded room, as well as some valuable information regarding my meter. I was impressed by his expertise and customer service, and would definitely use their services again – but hopefully not any time soon.
