For months now, my toilet has been continuously running but with the help of Carlos, I was able to schedule an appointment and have it fixed in a timely manner. His service was exceptional and I highly recommend the company.

In a timely manner, Austin identified the cause of the clogged drain and fixed it. I strongly recommend both Austin and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Two technicians were sent to assist with the task and no additional fees were incurred. The individuals were outstanding, offering reasonable and legitimate charges. I will definitely employ their services in the future!

Thanks to Austin's skills, the issue with my hot water heater was resolved when he successfully re-lit the pilot light. Since he was already on the job, I asked him to check my garbage disposal, which he determined was beyond repair. Although I was planning on scheduling a replacement appointment, he offered to do it immediately, and I accepted his quote. Remarkably, he installed the new disposal in just thirty minutes! I will definitely be contacting Austin at Benjamin Franklin plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

With very little time to spare, Franklin Plumbing came through and my job was completed. Not only that, but they discovered the root cause of the issue, which ended up saving us a staggering $4500.
