Despite the good quality and prompt work, I can only give four stars instead of five due to overpricing. The professional plumber fixed a leak under the sink, but I found it costly as the initial quote was $240, which escalated to $493 after an hour of work. Although I had agreed to a $240 deluxe plan without an initial fee, the plumber waived the initial cost on arrival, which made me change my rating plan. Unfortunately, my old disposal broke during the job, adding more time to the work. Since I couldn't call another plumber at that point, I reluctantly agreed to the revised price, which included a 15% discount. However, the final invoice was not itemized, so I will request a proper invoice. Furthermore, I will cancel the plan and pay the $76 initial fee and 15% additional charges, which will come to a staggering $643.11 for an hour's work, some PVC and plastic pipes, and a new sink drain. Overall, the cost was exorbitant, but I cannot blame the plumber for the company's policies.

Brennan excelled in his work. He reviewed both issues and prioritized the leaky faucet. Without wasting any time, he analyzed the situation and concluded that a specific tool was required for the job. As a result, he contacted his office to inquire about its availability or possibility of ordering it. Meanwhile, we examined the clogged downspout/drain. Based on his expertise, he identified that it was not obstructed, and the visible leakage occurred due to the sinking of the ground drain. Within a short time, he effectively resolved the problem without charging us.
