Geoff of Benchmark and his team showcased excellent performance from start to finish. With a degree in Architecture, Geoff collaborated with me to plan the reconstruction of the structure while incorporating new features for preservation and enhancement. These features included the construction of concrete wings beneath the walkway and a drainage system to redirect water. The Benchmark team handled the drafting of plans, demolition, brick and cement work, and final touches such as decorative flower urns and brick columns to highlight the building's appearance. Presently, the front of the building is stunning. Even our Licensed Carpenter Maintenance Person was impressed with the top-notch quality of work delivered throughout the entire process. With the added benefit of Geoff's recommendation to preserve and reinstall an iron railing, we saved money. Having spent 45 years in the landlording business, I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with this company's work.

My bathroom was remodeled by Benchmark Design/Remodel. The entire project involved a complete gutting of the bathroom down to the studs and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Working with Geoff, the owner, was a pleasure as he is a source of great ideas, initiated the project promptly, was highly responsive and exhibited exemplary workmanship. Geoff Corrado, the Owner of Benchmark, was commissioned by me to create and construct a small agricultural building. This structure has a metal roof and walls, as well as a conventional wood framing. As a civil engineer, I provided site plans and surveys for guidance. The outcome of their efforts was exceptional, with punctual delivery, minimal issues and top-grade craftsmanship. Working with Geoff was a pleasure, particularly considering my limited knowledge of kitchen and bath remodels. He was quite involved, but his team did overlook some details here and there. Additionally, I noticed that my furniture was left uncovered during the drywall work, resulting in a significant dust issue; to his credit, however, Geoff put in considerable effort to clean it up. While the kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic - the ultimate goal - the overall experience would have been deserving of a 5-star rating if all aspects were attended to without me prompting.
