Wow, Ben is truly amazing! He went above and beyond by training both of my parents despite their injuries and limitations. Not only did he create a personalized workout plan for them, but he also conducted sessions outside in the grass to accommodate their COVID concerns. His guidance and encouragement pushed them to become the fittest they have been in decades.
