My specialty is providing swim lessons and coaching to individuals of all ages with the goal of improving their comfort, mastering all swim strokes, and ultimately achieving complete confidence in the water. I take great joy in motivating clients and guiding them to trust their abilities in the water.
I work with a diverse range of clients, starting from children as young as 10 months and going all the way up to adults and elders. Regardless of skill level, I can help beginners who need to become more comfortable in the water, those wanting to improve their swimming technique, or even those dealing with a fear of water due to past traumatic experiences. I also offer specialized training for advanced swimmers such as tri-athletes, competitive swimmers, free-divers or individuals interested in speed and endurance training.
I have access to a variety of training environments, which includes a large heated pool in Lantana that features a shallow end designed for beginners, deeper areas for open water/survival training, and ample space perfect for swimming laps and improving stroke mastery. Additionally, I offer travel packages for clients wishing to have lessons in the comfort of their own pool.
My extensive experience in the water includes 8 years of collegiate-level competitive swimming (serving as Swim Captain for two teams), 12 years of surfing worldwide, 10 years of spearfishing/free-diving, and 3 years as an ocean rescue life guard.

Ben's performance was truly remarkable! Our grandson Beau, who had never been in a swimming pool before, is just 11 months old. But Ben's calm and relaxed approach made it easy for Beau to connect with him (as well as my daughter and son-in-law!). Within just five days, Beau learned to kick his legs, reach out his arms, and know how to place his hands on the edge of the pool and how to exit safely. Safety was Ben's top priority, and we were really grateful for that. We all highly recommend Ben and eagerly look forward to him assisting Beau again when our daughter comes to visit again next year!

Our kids quickly picked up the skills taught by Ben, who was excellent with them. It was a pleasure to have him provide swimming lessons and take us on his private charter boat for a wonderful fishing experience. We managed to catch three stingrays, some catfish, and a snapper, leaving the kids in high spirits.
