Belluxe was fantastic for my daughter's 11th birthday celebration. Although the original plan was to decorate outside, with an imminent storm in the forecast on the day of the party, Belluxe responded quickly and decorated inside instead. She was well-prepared to handle either situation and did an excellent job at an affordable price. In fact, I've decided that she will be my first choice for future events.
