Our wedding took place on 9.2.17 and I must say, Tones Entertainment exceeded all our expectations! We opted for Tones for both our DJ and photographer, and boy, was it the best decision we made! The Diplomat Banquet Center suggested Tones, and we're glad we took their advice. Our photographs captured every moment beautifully and were taken by the talented John. He was not just amazing at his job, but also personable and made us feel comfortable. His professional approach and expertise in lighting and angles were commendable. As for the DJ, Tim was our man! He played all our requested songs and added more that suited the crowd. He kept our dance floor packed from beginning to end and announced all names correctly. Tammy was the person in charge of communication and did an excellent job. Their prices were quite affordable too. Tones Entertainment is a well-organized and professional company that made our wedding and reception perfect. We recommend them to everyone planning to tie the knot. Planning a wedding during these unpredictable times can be a daunting task. However, we were fortunate enough to partner with Tones Entertainment, who remained accessible throughout the ups and downs, and provided expert guidance for all our inquiries. With their package deal, we received four incredible services. DJ Tony was phenomenal, the open photo booth was a hit with all our guests, and the photographer and videographer captured our entire day seamlessly. The memories we made will be treasured forever, and we highly recommend Tones Entertainment to anyone seeking their services.

I cannot adequately express my deepest gratitude to Tones Entertainment for their exceptional professionalism, genuine empathy, and timely responsiveness. In early 2019, I entrusted them to provide a DJ and photographer for my forthcoming wedding on August 2, 2020. In October of the same year, my engagement photo session was a resounding success, thanks to the brilliance of the photographer. However, the outbreak of Covid-19 and its subsequent ramifications affected many weddings, including mine. Despite this, Tones Entertainment remained in regular communication with me, ensuring that the venue was furnished with the necessary insurance policy documents. However, just sixteen days before my wedding, the venue suddenly informed me of several restrictions that had been imposed: a significant reduction in the number of guests, the compulsory wearing of masks throughout the event except when seated at a table, and the prohibition of all dancing. As a result, given these stringent restrictions, my fiancé and I re-evaluated our financial commitment to the venue, particularly paying the remaining balance of $5,000. We would not have toiled to make such a hefty payment if we could not even dance at the wedding. Although Tones Entertainment could not be blamed for these restrictions, they have shown remarkable understanding throughout this whole experience. Despite our unfortunate circumstance, I wholeheartedly commend Tones Entertainment for any event. They have proven their sincerity, dependability, and professionalism beyond measure.

As my event is yet to take place, I cannot guarantee the entirety of the service. Nonetheless, I must commend Cathy for being an absolute delight. I am highly optimistic and foresee no obstacles in the future. From what I have heard, they offer exceptional service and I cannot wait for unforgettable memories to be captured by the rented photo booth at my son's wedding. Thus far, everything has been splendid.
