On a particular day, when I returned home from work, I faced a problem with my lock as the key got stuck. After contacting numerous locksmiths, they offered me high rates and claimed they might arrive after an hour or so. For the record, I live in Allston. However, upon contacting Arsen, he confirmed he would be there after 15 minutes, and his charges were much more affordable to assess my lock. I'm extremely grateful to Arsen for helping me resolve the issue promptly.
