I arrived 10 minutes later than the scheduled 30-minute window. The truck appeared to be in poor condition, and the lift's state resulted in a lengthened operation time. The quoted price was $169 an hour, which is $50 higher than the star rating on CrackerJack. Additionally, there was a $30 booking fee, bringing the total to $706. However, upon receiving the bill, it was $300 more than expected. I am currently waiting for a callback to address the situation. Jacking up the price by 40% for the specified duration seems like predatory behavior.

Although it was a somewhat minor task of relocating my daughter's belongings from one room to another within her apartment, the distance of three hours made it appear daunting and caused a great deal of stress since I couldn't aid with the heavy lifting. Thankfully, Bellhops was there to assist by finishing the job in an hour, helping her arrange everything, and ensuring this was an effortless project. Bellhops' professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were a blessing for a parent like me who was incapable of being present. Whenever I require any of their services, I will contact them again without hesitation. Extremely skilled and attentive. Two-thirds of the moving team were highly responsive and arranged my belongings in the desired manner. Regrettably, their services were overcharged by an hour. Nevertheless, I highly suggest them.
