Collaborating with Julio and Natalia for our group of ten was an absolute pleasure. Despite having limited notice, they took charge of the menu and asked enlightening questions beforehand to ensure that the evening would be a success. Their prompt responses via email were highly commendable, and the end product was truly phenomenal. The seared tuna appetizer was so excellent that everyone wanted to indulge in it every single day. The main course and dessert were equally delicious, making the entire meal both visually stunning and flavorful. My spouse and I recently tied the knot at an intimate wedding in Connecticut, where we were fortunate enough to have Bella's Mise En Place cater for our family of 11. We selected their package, which included an astonishing array of culinary delights, ranging from four different hors d'oeuvres to two appetizers, two pasta types, and a primary course option. Everything was cooked to perfection, and our kin couldn't stop raving about the food, particularly about the crab rangoon, shrimp, bruschetta, and crab cake hors d'oeuvres, shrimp pasta, and surf and turf dishes. Natalia and Julio were incredibly gracious and flexible, making the planning phase an absolute breeze. Moreover, the entire team was exceptionally courteous and professional, and they also left the kitchen spotless clean at the end of the night. Initially, both my partner and I were hesitant about having a micro wedding amid the pandemic and deliberated whether to wait for a safer time to host something grander. However, after experiencing this weekend, we're overjoyed that we went through with it. We had a delightful time celebrating with our near and dear ones, and without a doubt, Bella's excellent service and mouth-watering food were instrumental in making it all possible. For a birthday dinner party with nine adults, we chose Bella's Mise En Place. As self-proclaimed foodies who frequent restaurants such as Capital Grille, Fleming's, Ruth Chris, and The Federal, we expect high-quality cuisine. Contacting Bella's only three days prior to the event, we were pleased that they were able to accommodate us. We selected our menu from the chef's suggestions, including appetizers, a choice of two dinner entrees, and dessert. The seared tuna appetizer was fantastic and the fish and steak entrees were incredibly flavorful. Although we did not order the highest-end steak, it was still yummy. As a Creme brûlée fanatic, my husband ranked Bella's version as one of the best he's ever had, and he's had it hundreds of times. The chef was professional and the server made the experience special. We were impressed with the cleanup afterward and are already planning our next event with Bella's. They exceeded all our expectations, which is no small feat since I am a picky eater. The performance of Julio and his team was outstanding! Their level of professionalism, promptness, cuisine quality, and flavor were flawless. We arranged for them to provide catering for a private dinner event, inviting six guests during our girls' trip in Newport, and we made the best decision. They efficiently accommodated our specific needs, taking into account allergies and answering all our inquiries. Our main event featured appetizers of shrimp rolls and crab cakes, an entrée of surf & turf alongside truffle apple salad, and creme brûlée for dessert. Each dish was exceptional, and we would undoubtedly request their services again.

The addition of Bella's Mise En Place was the ultimate enhancement for my sister's bachelorette weekend in Norwich, CT. Natalia proved to be exceedingly kind, prompt in responding to any inquiries and facilitated the menu selection process with ease. The chef and staff arrived promptly, displaying utmost professionalism. Unquestionably, the food was divine, with portions that were generous and visually appealing. The ingredients utilized were of the highest caliber. To conclude, they meticulously cleaned both the kitchen and the tableware, making it the ideal conclusion to our thrilling day.
