During our home renovation project, Bella Floors offered the most reasonable prices for the services we required. As we upgraded all of our laminate flooring to Marazzi Tile while still living in the house, this necessitated extensive coordination and patience on both Bella's and our part. Despite the challenges, Bella delivered an outstanding job. Although we experienced two cracked tiles and some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed, Bella was able to come out within two days and swiftly address all of the issues at hand. We are preparing to put our house on the market and believe that the exceptional tile work done by Bella will greatly enhance the appeal of our home. In our next home, we anticipate requiring additional tile work and will undoubtedly call upon Bella again to cater to our needs.

My tub/shower's all glass tile was installed by Juan and it was amazing. He conducted himself professionally, behaved politely, had a neat appearance, and displayed a positive attitude. Thank you, Juan!! I am absolutely in love with my glass tile!!!

Where to begin? Juan is not just a superstar, he's a lifesaver. Let's start from the beginning because he's just that fantastic. I came across Juan on CrackerJack and was impressed by his work. He responded within minutes of receiving my quote request and arranged a visit to see the project and give me a quote. Punctuality is an understatement for Juan. Here are his three lifesaving moments: Firstly, he was able to help me amend the price after we'd been over-charged by the previous contractor who left us with a mess. He emailed a detailed quote and was happy to wait until we were ready. Secondly, he was able to save us a lot of money by noticing that the plumber's work was flawed before he closed up the tiles, so we avoided tearing down the work and redoing it. Juan called a new plumber who came the next day to fix the problem. Thirdly, Juan is a true superhero when it comes to finishing his work. When he arrived on the first day, he noticed that the plumber had not completed his work correctly and politely asked when he was going to complete it. We mistakenly assumed that the plumber had already finished, but to our shock, we realized that the work was not right. Juan promptly gave us the number of another plumber who could finish the job so that he could begin working once the plumbing was correct. Now, let's talk about his work. Juan was always professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He answered all our questions in detail and was very knowledgeable. He made sure that the project was exactly as we wanted it and used only quality materials. He even fixed areas of poor workmanship from previous contractors. We highly recommend him and will definitely hire him for any future projects.
