Suzanne Galer is a dynamic performer and a teacher, specializing in singing and piano with a passion for classical, Broadway, jazz, and gospel. She offers both in-person and virtual lessons on platforms like Zoom and FaceTime, as well as any hybrid combination that works for her students. As a member of the Vocal Faculty at Palm Beach State, Suzanne has earned her doctorate in music from The State University of New York. She teaches all ages, including high school, college prep, middle school, elementary, college, and adult hobbyists and professionals. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Teaching from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.

Suzanne's students thrive in all areas of life, attending prestigious preparatory schools and colleges across the United States, such as Bak, Dreyfoos, New World School of the Arts, Saint Ann's, Oxbridge, University of Miami, Florida State, University of Central Florida, Florida Gold Coast, Florida International, The New School of New York City, Indiana University, and Boston University.

Suzanne teaches piano and ensures that her singers learn sight reading, pitch matching, and music theory for competitive success in auditions for Bak, Dreyfoos, colleges, and professionals. Furthermore, Suzanne is a professional pianist and choir director at Gardens Presbyterian in Palm Beach Gardens.

Suzanne's students perform frequently and have the opportunity to participate in optional recitals during the fall and spring to develop confidence and memorization skills.

Regarding her teaching approach, Suzanne values hearing each student's story and goals, finding songs and piano pieces that they love, and fostering a supportive family environment where students can feel confident in their abilities. She endeavors to guide students towards achieving their dreams, whether it's attending prestigious schools or pursuing professional careers.
